Refund Policy

1. Monthly and annual subscriptions

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate or refund partial months by default.

If you were charged by mistake, or if a severe bug prevented you from using the service for the period you paid for, email hello@shortvitals.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund the disputed amount.

2. Lifetime Deal (LTD) purchases

Lifetime tier purchases come with a 30-day no-questions-asked refund window. Email hello@shortvitals.com within 30 days of purchase with your order reference. We will reverse the charge and revoke lifetime access.

After 30 days, LTD purchases are non-refundable. Your lifetime access remains valid as long as ShortVitals operates; if the service shuts down, no refund is owed but you will receive at least 30 days advance notice to export any data.

3. EU consumer right of withdrawal

EU residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. This right is waived the moment you begin using the service (running your first diagnostic or using Studio). If you have not used the service, you can withdraw within 14 days for a full refund.

4. Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback instead of contacting support, your account is suspended pending resolution. We prefer to resolve billing disputes directly — it is faster and keeps your data intact.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@shortvitals.com with:

  • Account email (for identification)
  • Stripe order reference (from your receipt)
  • Reason for the request

Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Funds appear in your original payment method within 5–10 additional business days depending on your bank.
