Who builds it

Solo operator. Lithuania-based. Ships on a schedule measured in days, not quarters. Infrastructure kept deliberately small: Next.js on Vercel, Supabase for data, Stripe for billing, OpenAI for scoring. No VC, no growth team, no roadmap committees.
